Pork delicacies Mallorca
Held on the first Sunday of October, the Fiesta Torrada d’es Borifarro in the village of Sant Joan is a must for foodies. It’s dedicated to black pudding and other piggy delicacies, such as sobrasada (cured paprika sausage) and butifarrones (spiced link sausages).
